Our office manager, Elizabeth Schultz, CMM, CPC, CPC-URO. can
provide any technical assistance for any questions regarding
our services.

Our office staff is highly skilled to assist your needs in the most
efficient way possible. The staff consists of separate reception,
billing services, scheduling services and clinical services.  They
may be accessed for your convenience through the various departments..

Clinical staff:

The Clinical Staff, with varied backgrounds, have been working for Northgate Urology Associates for many years.  Marie, Clinical Supervisor, has been with Dr. Lennert for 20 years.  The other assistants are fairly new, but under Marie’s guidance, are able to assist all patients.  The staff is as follows:

Office Personnel Biographies:

Practice Manager: Elizabeth Schultz, CMM, CPC, CPC-URO

Liz has over 20 years experience in medical practice administration for surgical and other multi-specialty physician practices.  She is a Certified Medical Manager, Certified Professional Coder and Certified Professional Coder in Urology.  She is a member of the Professional Association of Health Care Office Managers (PAHCOM) and co-founder and past president of the Physicians Office Managers Association (P.O.M.A.).  She also is a member of the Pennsylvania Medical Society, the American Academy of Urology and the American Academy of Professional Coders.

Billing/Accounts Receivable Staff – Gloria

Gloria has been with Northgate Urology Associates for five years.  She has bee in the field of medical billing for 17 years, working in the specialties of Orthopedics, Gastroenterology, Ear, Nose and Throat and Internal Medicine.  She has vast knowledge of all insurance types, CPT Coding and ICD 9 Diagnosis Coding.
