Physician Staff Biography Information:
Dr. Joseph B. Lennert -
Dr. Joseph B. Lennert is a native of the Lehigh
Valley. He is a graduate of Liberty High School
and Moravian
College. He is a graduate of Temple University School of
Medicine and did his
internship and residency in Urology at Geisinger
Hospital in Danville, PA. He is affiliated with
St. Luke’s
Hospital, Bethlehem and Lehigh Valley Hospital Muhlenberg.
Dr.
Lennert is Section Chief, Department of Urology at St. Luke’s
Hospital.
He practices all areas of Urology specializing
in robotic laparoscopic surgery, and urologic cancers.
He
is a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons, a member of the
Minimally Invasive Robotic
Association, and a member of the Society of Laparoscopic Surgeons.

Dr. Lennert is also
a member of the American Urology Association, from whom
he received his board certification., a member of the
Pennsylvania State Medical Society and Northampton County
Medical Society, where he was past president and on the
board of Directors. He
has served on the Alumni Board of both Moravian College
and Temple University School of Medicine.
Dr. Lennert has presented at numerous seminars
on urologic cancers. He
has presented robotic surgery to the Eastern Pennsylvania Chapter
of the American College of Surgeons. Dr. Lennert has been
involved in the training program for residents of St. Luke’s
Hospital. He has also authored several papers in
the urologic literature.

Gregory T. Pypiuk, PA-C
Greg is a native of the Lehigh Valley and
a graduate of Hahnemann University,
Philadelphia, PA
with
a B.S. in Health Services. He
is a member of the American
Academy of Physician assistants and
the Pennsylvania Academy of the physician
Assistants.
His
professional experience has been varied, having worked
in
pain management, pulmonary medicine, surgery and urology.
He
has worked both part-time and full-time with Dr. Lennert
for
the past six years. He is actively affiliated with St.
Luke’s
Hospital, Bethlehem and Lehigh Valley, Muhlenberg.
